Extracts are highly concentrated and potent and it is important to always check the specific safety data provided. Actual product packaging and materials may contain different information than that which is shown on this website or elsewhere.

Returns and Credits
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee unless we were at fault in filling your order.
All claims for returns must be made within TEN (10) days of receipt of goods by calling the Primal Essence customer service. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
To receive full credit, the returning merchandise must be received in original Primal Essence packing, unopened, with Primal Essence’s tamper seals intact. All merchandise returned must be in its original container and sealed properly. Finally, full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise.
To receive partial credit Food-grade items that had been opened in a food-grade FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) certified facility are eligible for return. Clients must provide Primal Essence’s Quality Assurance department with documentation confirming the client’s facility is certified.
Food-grade items opened in a non-food grade certified plant cannot be returned.
To receive full credit, all merchandise returned must be in good, saleable condition and packed in the original container. Every container should be properly sealed.
